Derrick Lamont Paige

Derrick Lamont Paige, 46, of Danville, Virginia passed away Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Sovah Health Danville. 

Born September 3, 1977, in Danville, Virginia he was the son of Stanley Belcher and the late Felicia Paige Stephens. He was married to Shantia Williams Paige, who survives.

In addition to his wife and father, survivors include one daughter Lailah Paige; one son Derriyen Paige; four sisters Sparkle Paige (Jerry), Stacey Tucker, Maya Paige (Tyrone), and Kiara Williams; two brothers Moncie Paige (Desiree) and JaCobey Mendenhall (Erica); and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by one brother Tracey Tucker; paternal grandmother Cecil Belcher; and maternal grandparents Ivey Carter and Barbara Carter.

The family will receive friends and family from 2 PM- 7 PM only at 141 Westmoreland Ct. Danville, Virginia. Mask are required for home visitation.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 25, 2024, at 1 PM at True Holiness Apostolic Church. Interment will follow at Highland Burial Park. A visitation will be held on Wednesday April 24, 2024, 5-7 PM at Wilson Funeral Services.
